One thing I like about the USA device is that if you are creative you can use this device on anything that you can hook it up to ( for example a pole, a tree etc.) and even though I'm not quite as flexible as you I'm flexible enough I could do that and propably even increase my own flexibility. I love how innovative you are. I like your unconventional methods of exercise and stretching methods as well.
Where are the ladders from? We use something similar fro climbing training called the Bachar ladder, named after the late John Bachar.

Thank you for your comments. You can definitely do many things on the USA. Strength, flexibility, endurance, etc.
Elasticsteel 3 years ago
I am pretty sure it has been done.
Elasticsteel 3 years ago
Thank you for the comment. This is just another way to train for a split.
Elasticsteel 3 years ago
Which split you prefer is a personal preference, I guess.
Elasticsteel 3 years ago
No problem.
Elasticsteel 3 years ago
That would depend on your previous experience.
Elasticsteel 3 years ago
Did not get that question.
Elasticsteel 3 years ago
Yes, if you can maintain balance.
Elasticsteel 3 years ago
You don't need the USA to get flexible, but if you have it, why not use it.

Are you asking if I show the exercise without the warm up or if you should do it without warm up?
Elasticsteel 3 years ago
can you show us maybe how to warm up? correctly
SeasonTrue 3 years ago
you can easily warm up with an aerobic exercise which will raise body temperature quickly e.g. a jog or a run

thanks ^^
