I guess I got interested in the Faroe Islands when I started collecting stamps. It is like any of the stamps I have traded, bought, or received for free--I learn (ed) something new. @Rakumario Yes, we do kill them for food, and it is also true that they are poisoned with mercury, but that's because all those shitty industrial countries have dumped their chemicals and what not into our oceans. If it wasn't for the goddamn mercury, it'd be good healthy food. Actually, it is only recommended to not eat it more than once a month because of the mercury level.It's not like we get a fresh load of whalemeat in every day, so i doubt that most people eat it more than once a month.

You'll see gray clouds, and rain, about 2/3 of the year but it's pretty mild most of the time.
The sea can be so calm that you can see your reflection in it at times, but will be a bit rough.
