it's not a secret, it's just a copy-paste of the area surrounding karazhan, seen from within karazhan. it's mainly to show the area directly below the tower when you're on the terraces and balconies in karazhan, but they copy-paste a wider region

It's ZG. Before they fixed wall walking, you could also get to it from behind the Dark Portal in blasted lands. There was an area to the left of the entrance where you could walk up the wall, and run along this crazy huge expansive flat and flowing area and make your way over to ZG. It's a section of Zul'Gurub. There was probably a plan to make it possible to see out of kara at some point and see parts of ZG and stranglethorn.

This is most likely a tester section they added to see how it would look but the idea was removed. This is the remains of what they added but didn't remove.
