just to through this out there..as a recording guitarist, I know how amazingly difficult this style of guitar is to play. When you have to bend to hit every note, and the whole song is just you soloing, your just trying to hit the runs acuratly not all the note bends...and the guitar isn't out of tune

@RippinSkullz i had quite a lot of people that told me that the guitar is out of tune. i play the guitar, ive seen a lot of videos of vai and i have a good ear, but still i think that the guitar is perfectly tuned. Maybe im not right, im not saying that you are all wrong, besides, i dont think that he would be so silly that he forgot to tune the guitar or something. every time he changes the guitar, the guitar that is taken out is retuned
