its all a matter of opinion over the best isnt it. the fact is of those three owen has the third best goals ration by a very small margin but he has played more than the other two. rooney needs 17 from his next 37 to top owen. i hope he does it but no guarentees. owen is a class england goal scorer regardless of individual opinion.
