wow! i remember watching this in my dad's office building when I was like 5. and all of the families we knew were going to different office buildings to watch this. it was almost like a celebration, in the way that all the families in my dad's firm were there and it was a planned party. it makes me sad though, that is was demolished. but this is so cool to see

The World Trade Center buildings were also a controlled demolition, the difference is that they were very unconventional.

This was a controlled demolition. You can clearly see that the smoke is that of cordite and not jet fuel.
