He had severe mallocluded molars in later life requiring surgery every 6 weeks, with 2 of those weeks being miserable due to pain or difficulty eating. In the end we were forced realise that it would be better to put him to sleep. Our vet agreed and said that the amount of general anesthetic he was taking in would cause liver failure before long anyway.'
