I have watched or searched for an excellent video about low braces incorporating discussion about edging. You have done this here. You have not said the word edging as much as I would like to hear but talking about the head over the tailbone and getting it back to that space is awesome and I have not heard this before in other videos. I am trying to get my girlfriend to learn edging and get over the fear of tilting her kayak. This video will help her with needed information...thanks!!!
