  • im from mobile alabama and I havent seen any voodoo but i would love to meet people like you. Im wiccan but i feel peace with you, You are a beautiful soul. we may not follow the same path but i can say our religions are very simmiliar.

  • My mother who happens to be haitian tells me that even hispanics and whites have there own version of voodoo. I've seen the negative and positive side of voodoo, because I was raised around haitians who practice it.

  • thank you spiritree. i love you thoughts and wisdom on these matters

  • Peace my Beautiful Sista-Im new 2 this Voodoo thing- i just ordered a couple books on the topic / I have always been on a Spirtual quest -And knowlege of self type mission...Thanks 4 shareing your life and passion with us..I hope to touch base with you from time 2 time...Mr Shay 267...UniVers@l Keym@ker !

  • @resurrectedmichael Last thing: if you want to know about voodoo in the coastal islands, you should ask our queen, Queen Quet of the Gullah/Geechee Nation. Though I doubt she will tell you; as I mentioned, traditional voodoo is normally practiced amongst African-Americans in secret, and not openly advertised. We have to protect our beliefs; this country is too hostile toward us and will take everything precious from us for their own if they can.

  • hi there thank you so much for posting these form melbourne australia hope you have a happy new year too

  • i love your videos. thankyou.

  • ur light is beautiful babes keep shinning and the spirits will keep speaking through u

  • a quick voodoo question for everyone. i know that the Petro Lwa can be used in black magick workings. what about the Rada Lwa? if you serve a Rada Lwa (such as papa legba) and someone wrongs you, will he avenge you against your enemies?

  • wich are the diferences between hoodoo and voodoo

  • @casu3 Hoodoo, is just the magickal aspect of Voodoo. Voodoo is the actual religious aspect :)

  • ive been visited by baron semedi when we were mvoign i was sleeping and i am for hella sure iw as awak cause i went to the bathroom ater so any ways i see this man digging through our boxes and i thought was my momma but she was sleeping across me on the other bed i said hello the man was dressed in a fully black suit and he turned around and he had white powder on his face and it was shaped as a skull his face he ran right at me and dissapperd

  • Where in TN? I've heard alot about Voodoo as an African remnant in Caribbean, South American and NOLA culture. Yet many of my experiences growing up (in KY) seem to evince that voodoo did not completely die in the Protestant South. In fact, folk legends in stories, often best told by preachers, alluded to those Gods celebrated in Voodoo. Also is there collective Voodoo worship in the Sea Islands of Georgia and the Carolinas? It could be another African religion there I guess.

  • Oh my Goddess!! I feel you...

  • Why do the candles have blue lights coming from them? What does that mean and how does it happen? Thank you, peace

  • If you're seeing the blue line, it's caused by the camera sensor I think. Some sort of technical reason anyway.

  • lens flare

  • Maybe. It could be that lens flare is different in digital cameras than in normal cameras. Certainly seems unique in shape compared to conventional flare.

  • if you look at her get in front of the candle you'll notice the blue line is gone

  • Yes, I've seen it in another video with fire. Just interesting how it differs according to the type of camera filming. Also how it doesn't happen with other cameras. I've heard that the more expensive the camera the less it occurs, which could be the case.

  • OMGoddess. I absolutely love you and your realness.

  • Merry meet SkyWick. Thanks so much for your encouragement : )

  • Yes Elegua sounds much like papa Legba Lol!!! love the videos!!!!!

  • They do dont they?

  • say "wa" first then put the "L" in front of it :-) I love your attitude!

  • Thank you Vodou. I am practicing it right now...

  • For Hallows Eve I plan to give readings from an Oracle Deck and also do palm readings. Not great but I try my best. Anyways when I made that announcement a coworker of mine started laughing in an extremely rude manner and making snide comments because he is a "christian" but the thing is, he always be trying to make moves on women (me included) who loathe him. I cant believe this guy who had been reported for sexual harrassment a number of times tries to act like he is holier than me.

  • There are so many that are still not open to the truth. Tis like we still have to be secretive. This guy seems to be a self rightous person. Sometimes we have to send them lots of light and love...

  • wutz ur email address?

  • Remember these people think birth started with a man giving birth to a woman ,when they see everyday the true hip bone that pushes us out all day everyday. They dont wont to see life for what it is or what is carved in stone. Just put it on a piece of paper and they eats it up. Therefore they know not what they do and are blinded like the one eyed man. Thank you sis and peace be with you!

  • You are so right Keedah.

  • loa is a strange looking word! It's usually pronounced LOW-A.

I wish Christians would realize that even Jesus perfomed magic!

  • Thank so much RivaWitch. The book had it spelled Iwa. It didnt look right at all. I am use to it being spelled Loa too....

  • @Spiritree41 .............Yes hun its spelled LOA...and pronounced Low-Ah.....

and all Loa's where disquised by the catholic saints....so the slave masters saw that their slaves where worshiping with in the "bible belt" as you put it......

and yes santeria, hoodoo and such...use the same yet different Loa's....its a long story...lol

great work...and explaining so many will no longer be ignorant....

    Blessings

    Shadow

  • @RivaWitch Oh it doesn't matter, they think it's ok for him to do that, but not us. They pretty much have an answer for everything, lol.

  • @RivaWitch did jesus really perform magic foreal???

  • Yeah the south is steeped in Christianity. I use to evade those "Jesus church" conversations, now I just say, "Thats not for me" It shocks some but they leave me alone..lol

  • Sis its like taking a chance when you say that to them. They want to wish you all manner of evil and they talk about you behind your back. They'll say Im gone pray for you. That aint good. I say thanks but no thanks. It's like a curse when someone says they are going to pray for you. They dont know my best interest.

  • Most of them are not gonna pray for you anyway..lol that is like one of the christian slogans they use when they cant control you or they dont agree with what you say.. Their prayers are not gonna hit the ceiling and on top of that you are protected anyway. Every night release your guards and ancestors to protect the north, south, east, west gates of your home, community and mind. I am so sick of these fake ass religious people I can just throw up!

  • Preach sis. Youre right they aint gone pray for you. They are just talking, I just got some disturbing email just a minute ago. They have been blocked and ignored. Each is to its own. I am enjoying what I do why arent you. This is what I ask them...I am free. Thank Goddess for my freedom. Free to express myself and learn myself the way I want. Many wish they could have the same.
