Love, love, LOVE IT! :D I was going to go see this at sheffield arena just after christmas with my parents, but we could get get there because of the bad snow :( and we couldn't get a refund! :( but i have the live dvd which my parents bought me which makes me happy! :D
i wish i was there. i remember the album in the 70's as a child living summers in galveston texas. a crazy loco vato listening to this stuff that set your soul and imagination on fire. i always thought about those martian ships. the way it played in my head. if i could see that musical i could surely die in peace. OOO-LAHHH... THANK YOU...
well i was there the same night u was with my mate in block 115 and that is a cool view i have always bee a fan of the music since i was small and that was the first show i saw at the M.E.N and it was cool shame about the fighting machine not coming down for the ending scene though but still an awesome show and i wonder if u noticed jeff wayne tripping over the stuff they put down to resemble the red weed my video can be seen on my list
great vid, thnx for posting. i watched it last night on sky movies and i was just entranced, and thats when my step-dad said he was going to buy some tickets for it last year for us but didnt! i was gutted!
great video, i went to see TWOTW at Brighton yesterday 19/12, absolutely fantasic, brillant, awesome - the music made my hairs on the back of my neck stand on end.....i was emotional when justin hayward sang forever autumn. Its an absolute timeless classic.
yes, a fantastic show, been a big fan for many years!! shame the 30ft martian got stuck as they were lowering it at the end of the show!! did not spoil it for me tho!! hope to go again next year if its on again!!
thank you for posting, i envy you all in the UK to be able to see the show, i hope it will come to Holland one day, in the meantime i watch the dvd :))
Great presentation of a superb show!! Not too sure about the holagram of Burton but it seems about the best of what might be avilable. Would have loved to see David Essex in the role of the Artillary Man tho!
Yeah, would have been nice to see David Essex play the role but the part requires someone a bit younger and I think Alexis James has done a superb job and has made the role his own.

Wish I was there. Alexis James plays a great Artillary Man, I think. And the guy who sings ThunderChild (can't remember his name) is awesome!
I saw the pay-per-view version and it was great, I so want to buy it.

cant remember his name? This is Chris Thmopson! The guy who sang it on the original album from 1978.
