i heard you get theatre mode when u beat the campaign. what difficulty does it have to be on?

I'm fairly sure any difficulty so long as you beat the game, also you need the substance version for all those extra's including VR missions.

soild snake was extremely handsome in those series, i was really disappointed in mgs4 when he grew old that fast

Men age better, and in Solid Snakes case, he's still good looking even if he's older. I'm not tethered by appearances. Youth is fleeting.

Don't be disappointed that this series moves forward where other series barely if at all, advance the timeline.
