1:06,廢話,現場消防員當然冇曾證實事主已死亡,因為消防員­係冇資格證實死亡,佢係當事主死左,等救謢員黎證實死亡及收屍.

but根本事主冇死,D先遣急救員又以為事主死左,又用帳幕遮住­事主,導至延誤急救,咁,先遣急救員究竟有咩作用?唔通係黎維謢­又謂既尊嚴,而唔係救人?

I thought only the doctor could certify a person death. Literally, the guy is not even fallen into pieces who give them the right to rule out he is dead. Sometimes ppl in HK are just too smart and became doctors themselves.
