I should be corrected, as I don't know the sport, but in regular golf the scores are cumulative (friday through sunday)... so if they played 36 holes a day, this would be understandable... (Or It could also be less holes and over more days).
If you know the formatting and are still amazed, I am there with you.
i guess you've never seen a good player throw an Epic disc. i just witnessed it for the first time this past weekend and it is the coolest thing i've ever seen in disc golf. i'm talking about the ' lopsided ' Epic disc. you throw a normal tomahawk or thumber , the disc flips a couple times and then flattens out and becomes a missle , flying straight for what seems like a mile.
good video, props to filming disc golf. as soon as someone throws some serious $ out there the filming is going to be hit or miss to the audience. you have to buy a dvd to get good footage these days, but it's all relative. it wasn't until recently that mainstream sports started having sweet coverage. remote control cameras suspended on movable wires is the instant replay king and those didn't exist until 5+ years ago.
This video was MUCH more exciting than what they have on the Worlds DVD. I, unfortunately, baught it and it puts me to sleep, I didn't even get to hear the guy call out Feldberg and his 100 Down...sell me your DVD.
im totally in this video...i was on camera crew for the finals. u try carrying a tripod up and down those fucking ski hills...its not something we wanted to be doing asshole
buy a tripod... or stop complaining about no one watching these. how do you expect to develop a fanbase, cultivate spectatorship, and attract sponsors when you portray your product in such a low budget fashion?
just for everybody info......epics take no skill to throw.

@algoid its way easier to birdie in disc golf than ball golf, but -101 is still crazy good.. I think its usually around -50 or -75 for pro tournies
