@EeeScape Not once has he arrested anyone, he runs around calling 911. If he were really serious about fighting crime - he wouldn't have 22 violations and instead have 22 made arrests. He wears a costume, has no hand to hand combat training and if EVER there was someone allergic to pepper spray he could end up with homicide charges. The laws are not restrictions some are unlawful thats I I support the Occupy Wallstreet moment - but there are laws you can use to fight crime yourself.

@EeeScape What is needed is not individuals taking the law into their hands - but a group effort/movement. A few individuals running around in masks and ridiculous costumes will only make lousy decisions ( like this guy) and cause more damage and trouble - people wont take such persons seriously . What you need to do is, put up neighbor watches you get people to fund these watches. With vets, retired cops, reserved members, and train the people to look after their blocks.
