  • Umm? Expert advice really?

  • expert? really?

  • I'm afraid I wouldn't rely on this advice at all. Very unconvincing.

  • I wouldn't say this is wilderness survival and wouldn't say he's an expert.

I go camping and walking in Prembrokeshire, The Brecon Beacons and Snowdonia, I'm currently using a Vango Spectre 200 for myself. Theres enough room for myself and my kit.

one rule I would say is that make sure you have a flysheet layer to stop the rain theres nothing worse than waking up in a wet tent.

  • @surf403 You seriously need some help man, psychological I mean. I use a 6 person tent for myself, my son and our dog plus all of our gear and it fills it up.

  • @cowboy82272 Dude, thats because you dont have the first clue about survival and know to just bring the needed items instead of all the crap. Marine recon, and you dont have a clue and I would out survive you in any situation.

  • @surf403 He's correct, so im pretty sure that makes you the MORON.

  • i am more confused about tents now than i was before i watched the video

  • he's high

  • This info helped me understand the basics of buying a tent

  • Your accent amuses me. And you don't look right without a bong in your hand.

  • Good Information, Thanks

  • wouldnt classify this as "wilderness survival"

  • Hiking? You"re 50lbs to heavy to camp bro.

  • and draging a cooler behind me :D

  • Tents are weak! Use a tarp. I've been using one for years. I only set it up if it is raining or snowing. I much prefer to see the stars as I am going to sleep. And nothing destroys the night sky more than the tightly woven mesh of a tent ceiling. Plus, tents are super heavy and cost a ton. A tarp costs around $5-$10 and is much more versatile. The only benefit I see to tents is if there are mosquitos. I hate those things and they love me.

  • @jkljkljkjkljklj hey you can get a mosquito net for your tarp as well, attached to the bottom of the tarp. if u r using a hammock its really better than a tent, because you dont need a mattress for insulation and its set up really quickly

  • iv'e been buying tents for years and I still don't know what tent is right for me

  • got mine for 20 bucks
