To see the harder trails please check out our race video for the 5 K DH on 9-2-07. That video does start from the top and show all of trail # 27. However, these are pros in the video so it looks way easier than the average downhiller. Trail 27 is very difficult! I am out at Bootleg Canyon for the winter so I know what technical is.
that's the lower half (the easier half) of the mountain. From the top, the thing is insanely steep single track with mini rock-gardens everywhere and super-hard turns. It's very different than diablo in it's style, but i'd say it's better. Check out the new issue of decline mag for their discription of the the race course. They called it one of the US's finests hills.

I go to Whiteface mountain every year.I LOVE IT. I have a Giant Faith 2 ind it rocks. I would definately suggest going here.

dude, no offence but that place looks way too melow. You can ride that place w/ a XC bike, haha. Come out to Diablo and play with the big boys :)
