The flood is mostly caused by the carb. Your carb may be damaged and may need to be replaced.

I see that someone asked a question about the xg505 . I've been thinking about buying the xg550 . What do you think about that model because I've seen a few videos of people who bought it and they seem pleased . That's the one I'm considering because of the low price . Your internal engine parts should be fine. If your spark plug is in good shape, then it must be your carb. Clean the remaining gas in the carb jet and start the engine again.(Before you start the engine, you must press the carb bulb a few times,since the carb has been cleaned. Or you might need to buy a new carb.
