Only ones to ever dominate jordan, they took em out in 1989 and 1990. Course once jordan hit his prime they couldn't keep up with his finesse but he still got knocked around quite a bit. What a show they put on, definitely one of the most entertaining teams to watch as a whole. Jordan being only 1 player w/ pippen.

i am disappointed on how soft the players are nowadays. The game 7 between Lakers and Boston, all you saw was big gosol whine, bitch, and complain about everything and the same goes for kobe. In the last quarter LA came back mostly with free throws. The refs missed most of Bostons calls which really was upsetting because it seems like its ongoing in every game, The heavily favored will always be treated better than the opposing team. I miss the old days.

Greatest rebounder of all time. Nobody in the modern era has come close to his numbers. It's all the more amazing considering he's just over 6'6" and 210 lbs. Also, I think he get's a worse rap than he deserves. If you listen to the story of why he is the way he is, about wanting to kill himself and then reinventing himself. He was just trying to express himself. He's also done a lot of good work since he's retired.

I understand hating the Pistons if they're not your team back then. But you can't deny how good they were. You don't go 63-19 like they did back in '88-'89 and win the championship. In the playoffs they went 15-2. They still would have beaten the lakers even if Magic didn't go out at the end of game 2. The next year they didn't even have Mahorn for toughness and they still were the champs by using 8 guys. Their bench was too deep. Plus, Thomas and Dumars were future HOF.
