@weiiliinggx ok, it all really depends on fate and who the two people are. in general, a large age gap does not help very much, a priori - but providence works in mysterious ways. In the case of Xiao Shuang and Zhang Han there's enough good chemistry and all to make it work beautifully :)

when you lose your memory, it slowly comes back, so it makes sense that he still doesnt fully remember everything

in the other versions, it was like BAM and he remembers EVERYTHING

I had the same feeling watching this ending and the ending of "eternal sunshine of a spotless mind." Uncertainty with a glimmer of hope.

I think this ending evokes more emotions than the other three versions. This one just fills you up with bitter-sweetness. It makes you think about all that they went through, all that they will still have to do.

It's not manga, not fantasy, not fairy tale. It's just love in its barest form.

In the scene, it show the flashback of their past & Yun Hai did mention Yu Xun in the vow...but how come in the ending he still ask her what's her name... ???

I think this ending is trying to show that their love will always be inside of them, and even if their memory don't remember the love, they could always feel the love. So with this love in Yu Hai, their relationship could always start fresh, no matter how many times he loses his memory..

I do find that the way this ended is a little disappointing, but even without the intention of making a Season 2 , this ending actually reassures us of the love between them..w/o hugs of kisses or memory...~

i think the ending was okay, but i didn't really like it because it makes it seem like the problem hasn't been solve yet. he remember her, but the mom haven't approve of them. i like the beginning of this one more, but i like the Meteor Garden's ending more. this one is okay...but it have some confusion among the scene...such as yuhai seem okay at first, but later on he seem stupid...and all their love scene just doesn't seem as interesting and as much as the meteor garden one.

Am I the only one who likes this ending? This is such a different ending compared to all the other typical dramas where it's either really happy or really sad. This ending really gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling that i haven't felt for so long because every i've watched is so predicable. When he asked for her name i felt so much hope. As for comparing to the other versions, I like this one and the Taiwaness one. I couldn't even force myself to finish the Korean version.
