i think he's just rushing to show them how it works....

and yeah its a rotary buff, but you would be going half the speed he is

and not going up and down in speeds also.

polishes plus buff pad combos are designed to work at certain speeds

too high a speed and your not giving the product a chance to work.

you cant rush a good buff job.
