Yeah, they took out the vehicles, the last time you get a vehicle during online play was World at war. I think world at war was the best last call of duty game ever, that game had guts and limbs can be shot off and blown off, also you get tanks, it was pretty kool.

Another thing that no FPS games seem to do is customizing your gear and weapons for campaign...i would find it alot more immersive if i could make my own look and weapons to start the levels with and it would feel like i was part of the squad with all the unique looks and weapons like Ghost and captain price. i dont know why rainbow six is the only game that lets you do this. fucking morons ll of them |:

That custom game idea is prettycool. I had James Bond agent under fire for the ps2 back in the day and you could do that against the AI in multiplayer mode or splitcreen, but the game had no online. Vehicles should be in the game, but as an optional game mode like barebones. The other things that piss me off are the perks like commando. The knifing is bad and whe I run behind a wall to get to safety, I somehow died because the system lagged and the hit detection was shit.

The matchmaking was usually alright for me, but I've had times where I get thrown into the same bullshit game over and over again. IW and Treyarch are milking the CoD series too much, soon it's going to turn into a giant clusterfuck.
When everyone in an FPS game is running around blowing other people up and there being simply one or two weapon types being at all useful against people who spam those specific weapons, you know the game is going downhill.
It's chaotic and retarded in a game with an intention to be based realistically and involve some sort of strategy.

I think the reason they don't let you customize like we should be able to is because they wanna dole out those options little by little as new games come out so they can act like its packed with a million new things. They know they are gunna make a million more so they can't give it to us all at once. When everyone in an FPS game is running around blowing other people up and there being simply one or two weapon types being at all useful against people who spam those specific weapons, you know the game is going downhill.
It's chaotic and retarded in a game with an intention to be based realistically and involve some sort of strategy.
If I wanted to play a game where every five minutes I get angry because I get blown up I would play Unreal Tournament...

But i'm getting off topic and on my own rant here. Anyway, he's right, it is overhyped, and not all that fun, and I think he considered it a war simulator because they try to make it so realistic. That's just my guess though.

I think the reason they don't let you customize like we should be able to is because they wanna dole out those options little by little as new games come out so they can act like its packed with a million new things. They know they are gunna make a million more so they can't give it to us all at once. Not to be rude in any way but the reason there is NO third person as an option on most games is because COD is labeled A FIRST person shooter. If you preffer third person I would recommend ghost recon. Not ment to be rude comment just saying.

I Agree with most of the things you said, I think that the old maps should have been free, in my opinion. Its alot of fun playing old maps but i can just go play cod4 and play it for free.
