Green Day and MCR are such different bands. even their personalities. MCR are more of the comicbooky outcast as kids who sat in the back of the class that now want to get their message to kids that it gets better and that its ok to be messed up and really want kids to show their art no matter what. GD are the punk band with a lot of political views who want others to know its ok to speak up or be out there! both bands have awesome morals and r both so origonal i think it just really works!

My friend, who is a massive MCR fan, went to see the tour back in 2005. She never liked Green Day, but admitted to me honestly that Green Day blew MCR off the stage. Even if you aren't a Green Day fan you cannot deny how great they are live. I love them though, they have been around since my childhood in the early 90s. I don't care how much their music changes....as long as they are around making music, all is right in the world.
