My all time favorite movie. Yes I am a chocolate sista and the love of my life is Italian! It was through this movie that we connected and realized as we got to know each other that we have more in common than we thought and I'm grateful that Gino is a part of my life. Love you baby! <3

proud to say this movie made me part of who i am today..i learned so many valuable lessons from it and when i find a beautiful wife and have kids i will teach them the same. it's my all time favorite movie and it will never get old to me. i learned to give love and get love unconditionally. you just have to accept people for what they are, and i learned the greatest gift of all.. the saddest thing in life is wasted talent, and the choices that you make, WILL SHAPE YOUR LIFE FOREVER

@RobertosChannel I had no idea Dean Martin nor Nicolas Cage were Italian. It's sad, but very common. People generally change their ethnic names to assimilate with Anglo-Saxon names in America. The Vinnies, Tonys, Paulies, and Joeys are overused and annoying. I like traditional Italian names likes Amadeo and Giacomo.

I live in the Bronx and I'm black too. I'd like to see more Italians here, especially female. Too much revolution and cultural shock going on around here. Nowadays is like a continuation of Hannibal and his tribe longing for Italian women in Italy. Only this time around it's more constant and cooperative. P.S. I can do without the cursing in these movies, too. Purity is better for the soul.
