  • got dam aint even a detroit fan but iwush they could make one last run into the playoffs

  • I remember after we won this championship some man was outside shooting blanks like it was New Year's Eve screaming DEEEEEEEEEETRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTT BAAAAAASKETBAAAAAALL!!!!

  • only people who knew we could beat the Lakers, were us in The D.

they had an allstar team for God sake. And don't give me that "karl malone was'nt thier to check Big Ben" they had O'neal, and Ben handled his ass. The best team won.

When we got that 1st win in LA, I knew it was over then.

  • LA lakers in 2004, hall of fame lineup they already won the title before the season started, Miami Heat in 2011, 3 great superstars, that's all you need to win a title, what happen to both of those teams in the finals those years

  • @TheMan750 This team was nothing like this Heat team, Malone and Payton were at the same stage in their careers as Jason Kidd is now, or Shaq was last year. Not even close to being a "superteam." Not to mention that Kobe had an off-season (for him) due to the rape prosecutions.

If these guys were all in their primes, with no tangible off-court issues, like the Heat are (and no, being hated is not an off-court issue), they would have swept this Pistons team.

  • @sera7ares true, but my opinion was that they were handed the title months before the season started, so-called "experts" saying that no team can beat them, i'll give them credit, they both made it to the finals but they both lost.

  • @TheMan750 yup, they're kinda similar in that way.

  • @sera7ares I agree. Malone, Payton, and Shaq in their prime, your looking at a dream team.

  • I still remember this NBA year. I'm from Chicago and a Bulls fan, but this 2004 Pistons team is one of my all-time favorite teams.

  • I'm a bulls fan but this gave me goosebumps

  • wat an ass wiping

  • anyone realize that when the pistons win the finals, it's in DOMINATING fashion?

  • i remember watching this when i was 9, i hurt so bad watching them lose.

  • damn darko millic won a ring in his rookie year lol

  • I remember this gosh we were unstoppable. Good shit. I went to game 4. Now the pistons just suck. It sucks. They use to sell out and shit nonstop and had the best attendance. I finally went to a game last year. First one since 06 and the place was empty

  • who won finals mvp????

  • @Thelakerfreak24 Billups did

  • People keep saying when Kobe retires at 36, the Lakers are done. The Lakers are already finished. They got lucky with foul calls in 2010. Against Boston, another underserved ring. But it showed how much they suck, when Mavs humilated them by sweeping them. Now its just sad. Kobe will spend his last 3 years, remembering what used to be. Kinda like 2002, it took SEVEN years for another ring. He dosent have another 7 to get his 6th. There are new/younger/great players. He IS pissed with his team.

  • @olakey1 Uhhhhh, name one team that won with just one single player??? Showtime Lakers: Magic, Kareem, Worthy. Bad Boys Pistons: Thomas, Lambeer, Rodman. 90s Bulls: Jordan, Pippen, Cartwright, Grant, Kerr, and Rodman. 2000s Lakers: Shaq, Kobe, Horry, Fox, and Shaw. 2000s Spurs: Duncan, Robinson, Parker, Ginobili, and Kerr. Even this Pistons team: Billups, Hamilton, Wallace, Sheed (all of which were All Stars) and i bet Brown didn't take the 2001 loss to the Lakers too lightly.

  • @Tomahawk511 This is the same thing I said! How are you saying LBJ jumped on Wade and Bosh? Out of the three who is the best? Clearly LBJ with Wade being close. Out of respect can I ask a question? Who is Shane Kattier and how is he a Kobe killer? I read he is joining the Heat as PG, but how good is he? Has he won a title? I read that he at 31, is playing better then ever. So he must be a good addition, Every TEAM who won titles had help. The Bulls, Jordan, Pippen, Rodman, Kerr etc. Boston/LA

  • these was when u didnt need 3 guys to win

  • notice the video is 3:13 thats the area code of detroit :p

  • im not a pistons fan...but even i know they were amazing team....they shoulda swept the lakers dream team

  • weakest team to win the nba title

  • @supersaiyanforever say that in the face of the wallaces

  • @supersaiyanforever ben wallace rashell wallace rip haliton and billups and u say a weak team know ur facts son

  • @supersaiyanforever lmao weakest??? the 2004 pistons were one of the best teams of this DECADE...

the 2004 pistons are better than ANY of the lakers championship teams 2000,2001,2002....they were one of the best defenses ever....the 2004 pistons are tuff shit...period

  • @jharrison277 Better than 2000 Lakers??

67-15, third highest record in NBA history. They would murder this Pistons team.

  • @Tomahawk511 the 2004 Pistons would easily shut down the 2000 Lakers just like they did in the 04 series

  • @dzionisis Basketball is all about role playing and team work, not about star powers. Lakers had lotsa stars and hall famers, but none of them knew their roles; Payton, Kobe, and Shaq all wanted to be leaders and Malone was sharing the paint with Shaq and did not have the assistance that Stockton provided him in Utah. In 2000 LA didn't have these internal problems that the Pistons exploited. 2000 Lakers knew their roles, had better team chemistry, and were more motivated than '04.

  • @Tomahawk511 Name one time Kobe won a title without all stars? Thats why he is so big headed . He has Artest, Gasol, Bynum etc along to help him win the two titles in 09/10. While back then there was Shaq, Horry, Rick Fox, Fisher. He always had help. What LBJ did we will see if it works out the next few years, I'm sure it will once they get it REALLY going only because Wade is a beast, LBJ is a beast and they play well together. No way will they lose the Finals again. Lakers wont make Finals.

  • @olakey1 Btw how many points did LBJ finish in the 4th quarter of one of the games in the finals against Dallas? Think it was 0. I'd rather have Kobe closing games than him. Did you even see them play?? LBJ can't even defend Kobe!! LeChoke went to Miami to hang onto D Wade's and Bosh's nuts. He must be happier than ever to see Battier (the Kobe Stopper) who can play perimeter D sign up with Miami. The dudes hiding and barking behind future NBA Hall of Famers!!!

  • @Tomahawk511 So LBJ isnt a future hall of famer? How many points did Kobe score against Dallas in the Finals? Oh. He got his ass swept! First off if its a TEAM why does LBJ have to score 40 pts each game for a win? Bosh isnt even in top 20 players. Now if you said Chris Paul, LBJ, Wade we got a diffrent story. But Bosh? He has been a embarassement to the team. LBJ cant defend Kobe? LMAO. How many times has Kobe fell against a screen LBJ set. Rather on the Cavs or the Heat THIS YEAR!

  • @Tomahawk511 Yeah its either Aaron Brook, Battier. But what does LBJ come in at? He didnt sign them! So to you Bosh is better then LBJ? LOL. Wade is better? I say they are the same, but Wade couldnt get out the first round after Shaq left 5 years ago! He WANTED Lebron there so they could be something great, LBJ said himself he wanted to stay with Cavs, yet the owner never got any good players. So Reiley talked to him and now he is doing better He will make the finals next year again. Bet that

  • @olakey1 Kobe becomes a better player as he gets older, not to mention he had boosted his basketball IQ by a tenfolds compared to him in the early 2000s. He also matures as a player, as for LBJ, i dont think he can play any better or faster than he does now. And he only thinks his maturing as a player LOL. But we gotta find out and see how many rings LBJ can comp up and how much better of a player he becomes as he gets to Kobe's age. Only then, we can make a full comparison.

  • @Tomahawk511 Thats all I ever said. You cant compare Kobe and LBJ, for one he is 26 and Kobe is 33, Kobe had a dominant Shaq (yes Kob did do a lot also) those 3 titles, while Lebron stayed with the Cavs for 7 years, Now this is his first time to even be a contender in rings. I do believe he can get 3-4 before he retires. If they are all with the Heat,? I think Battier is a good addition or Aaron Brooks. As they said, they need a PG, I LMAO when LBJ was playing Point Guard they lost ALL the time.

  • @Tomahawk511 You feel Kobe at 33, is better then he was at 26, when Shaq left he came into his own, I hate him, but a great player and they say he is the HARDEST working guy in off season. Not to start a fight, but why cant he be even better? Because he is 6'8 and 265? He is fast, and ALWAYS been fast just like Kob. If LBJ retires with 5 rings same as Kobe will they be in the same league? What bug is the Heat need to get rid of Bosh, there are no "Big 3" its a big 2. Shane or Aaron or needed.

  • @olakey1 Shane Battier was given the name "Kobe Stopper" for performing a lock down defense on Kobe when he played for the Houston Rockets against the Lakers in the western semi conference. We'll just have to wait and see how well LeBron does in 6 or 7 years. (I guess thats what you and i both sorta agree on)

  • @dzionisis Ask yourself this, why are the current Celtics so good? It's not star power, its because they got future hall of famers knowing n excelling in their respective roles; you got KG in the paint, Allen behind the ark, and Paul Pierce as the point gaurd and supposed captain, n then Rondo speeding things up for the team. They don't have guys fighting over each other and they don't have internal problems like these Lakers did. Lastly, your comment tells me how little u know about basketball.

  • @Tomahawk511 "Lastly, your comment tells me how little u know about basketball" LOL are you fucking einstein or something... You can judge poeple by they're comments???? wow americans are dumber than i thought... sorry buddy, but i know my shit, and im saying the 04 pistons would shut down the 2000 lakers... so you can say whatever you want, but it still wont change my opinion

  • @dzionisis LOL Im fuckin Einstein?? Just cus i said whats on my mind? 2000 Lakers had the third highest record in the NBA, so just because your little "Blue collar" Pistons beat couple of aged all stars, you think they can take on any fuckin team that ever played in the NBA?? Haha, im not looking to change your opinion you stupid dumbfuck, i got better things to do than do that, im just saying whats on my mind. Apparently you can't change mine.

  • @Tomahawk511 Regular season record doesnt mean shit in the playoffs... so shut the fuck up and dont reply to this comment

  • @dzionisis Yeah, you got a point, regular season don't mean shit because even when your Pistons won 64 games in '06, they didn't even make the finals appearance. LOL Unlike 2000 Lakers who trampled the Pacers in 6 and became champs.

  • @Tomahawk511 look where 16-0 regular season record got the patriots that year...no where. of course, i don't know, you don't know, nobody knows how those two teams would've played against each other. it's all fun to speculate though. actually, many simulation websites (what if sports .com) have shown the 04 pistons to beat the 2000 lakers in a best of 7 series (4-2) so no one knows. Lakers fans will always think they win...same goes for detroit fans thinking they win. it's just biased.

  • @Detlockerroom I couldn't agree with you more, but we can still make individual analysis, i mean cmon, Shaq back then was a monster, as you may already know, he was untouchable. Then you also got Shaw, Horry, and Fisher behind the ark, Kobe doing his thing, Fox as the team's emotional base, and the Zen master more than willing to make it in LA. As a Laker fan these were the greatest of times. Then again, theres the Pistons who played their asses off and gave everything, i can respect that.

  • @Tomahawk511 yeah, those lakers were a hell of a team. Even though i'm not a lakers fan, i sure hope they rebound next year. we need every team we can get to be good to beat the Heat! lol. good luck to your team next season (if there is one).

  • @Detlockerroom Yeah hopefully the lock out ends for the nba. It ended for the nfl. Same here for your team too.

  • @Detlockerroom I'm a Bulls fan. If we get that shooting guard, like Jason Richardson or another seconday scorer, and Booz steps up and Joakim gets some post moves, Miami will be history next season when we meet again in the conference finals

  • @nopiyiyiyiyi I totally agree, I'm a laker fan, and I saw the bulls reaching the conference finals this past year, they are a premier shooting guard away from winning the east and really contending for a championship....the heat have already peak..the most overhyped basketball team in the history of this league

  • i jest wish we were still macking the playoffs

  • Kuester screwed Detroit, they need Laimbeer or Sampson

  • 7 years later.....

  • @NerdyAndJerkish well we can only hope for better got new coach dumars 3 years to work it out wanna c 1 again detroit pistons

  • @NerdyAndJerkish They still suck.

  • 2004 Pistons = Greatest team chemistry of all time

  • @hotandready100 Too bad it only happen for one year lol

  • @hotandready100 they beat SHAQ KOBE PEYTON MALONE !!!! awesome team

  • @nuggets93 payton* just sayin'

  • Is that Larry Brown's wife?? Dam I'd hit that

  • dam, al michaels

  • Diminishing marginal utility. For us Pistons fans this championship was awesome and made us happy. Lakers get so many championships dickriding Kobe that they don't mean nearly as much just gives a reason for those bandwagoners to come on Youtube and flame. Even the Celtics their 2008 win probably felt way better than the Lakers star studded Championships...Team ball is much more fun than 2, 3 superstar basketball. DEEEEEETROIIIIT BASKETBALLLLLLL

  • @adi1096 lol whatever u say.

  • @adi1096 You would never know how it feels. Having your favorite team win championships repeatedly is just as meaningful as if they've won one championship in 20 years. And your Celtics argument is stupid... They have 18 championships, the Lakers have 17...

  • @explodingpimp

Yea but where have the Celtics been last 20 years?

  • @adi1096 They've been at the top of the East for the past 3-4 years, and they have a championship.

  • It will be nice to see when the glory hog, rapist punk, beetie eyed weasel loses in the playoffs or when the selfish rapist retires from the nba, that will be a breath of fresh air for the nba!

  • @Drbowers67 no

  • @Drbowers67 Kobe and the Lakers are so done. And I'm from and live in LA. This is why the Heat may lose because star studded basketball dosent really work. James/Wade are great but get rid of Bosh. The Knicks are stacked with Carmello, Billups and Amare and they got swept by the Celtics this year. A championship is NEVER guaranteed and thats what Lebron needs to recongize. He should went to NY not Miami.

  • @olakey1

He should've went to Chicago. He has a bigger chance there with Rose and Boozer and the rest of the Bulls to back him up.

  • kobe selfish ass thats why they lost now lmao!!! cant stand the la fakers this was the series when shaq yelled at kobe on the bench PASS THE FUCKING BALL THE DEATH OF SHAQ AND KOBE IS RIGHT IT WAS ALL THAT PUSSY ASS SELFISH BITCH FAULT FUCK KOBITCH AND THE FAKERS

  • @TheEaglesfanindc has kobe hurt you or your favorite team Personally ?

  • @Resi2birkin hell yeah

  • The thing is about this team was that they went to the Eastern Conference Finals like 3 or 4 times straight following this championship and LOST all of em. lol

  • @canibus19 And Your Point Is? A Championship Is A Championship,No Need To Hate.

  • @Resi2birkin yea right shut the fuck up troll, this team could sweep any fucking team they were the last good defensive team. 2 years big diffrents< sarcasm. gtf outta here!

  • joe d was thinkin, man this is awesome. I think I'm gunna completely take a shit all over this team so it never happens again.

  • That was an amazing, fun game to watch. That's how the sport of basketball is supposed to be played; a full team effort with great defensive play translating into points on the board. None of that one-man superstar, flashy, shoe-endorsement, offensive shit in today's NBA.

  • this was a fun piston team to watch. how fast times pass by.

  • Im not a pistons fan but I must admit that this was a very special piston team that were underestimated by many...

  • Comment removed

  • If they didnt let this get to they head they could have had 5 championships

  • @BillionDollaKingz absolutely agree. every damn year these guys would act like they were owed the championship, and just never seemed to try. rip and tayshaun still act that way 7 years later.

  • I MISS THE 04 PISTONS!!!!! IT WILL NEVER BE THE SAME EVEN IF WE WIN AGAIN.

  • @patsfan2577 unfortunately, you will never win again! lol

  • @patsfan2577 ur a pats fan frontin to be a piston fan stfu

  • @Lowrey777 I don't see how this comment is "lol" worthy.

  • @spikedsoldier the reason why is cuz the area code for detroit is 313

  • @rfook I don't see, how it is still lol worthy.

  • I'm a knicks fan but I've got to say, the only other teams in the NBA that I like are the pistons and the late Seattle sonics

  • I miss the days where officiating was more liberal and the Pistons would consistently hold opponents under 70 points. You just don't see the heart and hustle of lock-down in-your-face defense anymore.... although the 2010 NBA Finals was a spectacular series in that regard. The refs let LA and Boston go at it hard.

  • If only Shaq and Kobe didn't have that damn feud...

  • know pistons have kwame... and LAKERS Own

  • That was a great lesson to Kobe, that nothing comes easy.

  • Lol oh how times have changed. The Pistons are the NBA shoe shine boys nowadays and the Lakers are back on top going for their second Three-Peat. How sweet it is lol!!!

  • @MickJagoffable 3-peat? They look like they're having trouble to be the western champions so far.

  • @MickJagoffable How sweet it is to see lakers fans still jealous of the 2004 pistons...if you're that jealous that we won, then why are you here? and someone has lost 3 straight games... 3peat? i don't think so. How Sweet it is lol!!!!!

  • i love it when the lakers lose.

  • Comment removed

  • @MrHrana1 so what i love it when the lakers lose.

  • Man good times. That was a team that played so together. The main reasons i think they won was because A. Their teams chemistry was way better than the Lakers B. Defense. Numbers don't lie. C. They wanted it so bad. Hard work beat a dream team. That was the Lakers problem, that is what the heats problem will be too.

  • haha. this team defeated kobe in his prime. is he the greatest? not.........

  • @dudeinthecity2 your an idiot ..kobe's "Prime " years were from 2005-2008..anything before that he was a rising star

  • @fatpatlives1998 haha 7 years in the league and not in his prime?25 yrs old and not in his prime? B.S.

  • @dudeinthecity2 Basketball players hit their prime around 28-30. They arent superstars before then, it just isnt common. You cant say Kobe here was prime. He at 33 NOW is at his peak and its over, for titles but he had a great run. Just like Saying LBJ is in his prime is silly, he is 26 or Jordan was at 26, Mike didnt get his first ring until 27, and his last at 35. That is very UNCOMMON. That a leader plays at a high level in his 30's. Kobe just isnt doing that anymore. He is always upset.

  • Detroit Dream Team

  • when lakers lose.. hell they lose big

  • the death of shaq and kobe

  • @Arun999 Well they both benifited. Kobe 2.0 is the man with Pau and Shaq got a ring with Wade on the team.

  • @modernway91 i agree but it seems like Kobe got a ring with Pau and Shaq/Wade got a ring with Donaghy

  • @Arun999 Well Kobe and Shaq got a ring with Donaghy in 2002. Those WCF were very suspicious.

  • @Arun999 As a duo...but they both won titles after this.

  • @MrSlik25 ya but shaq carried wade as he flopped to the free throw line in 06. kobe winning was real meaningful because he was able to repeat the first team to do so in the zone defense era

  • @Arun999 2005 NBA Finals Game 5- The Death of the pistons, RIP.

  • @DoomDarenxbourg Eh, they still won Game 6 and were in it deep into the fourth quarter of Game 7.

  • This shit still chokes me up.

  • Wheres the MVP and everything.

  • The pistons fought harder and tried harder, being smart at the same time-winners

  • @SuperTomKim wrong.

  • This was the end of the Kobe-Shaq era sad thought coming from a Laker fan. But damn it feels good to win back 2 back championships! 3-peat baby!!

  • lakers champions 16 th detroit 3 th hahahahhaha

  • @taulant456

    Lol the 3th huh ?

  • @taulant456

LOLLOlol Dumbass Laker fan its 3rd not 3th hahahahahahah

  • @taulant456 who cares loser?

  • @taulant456 Fuck off. Pistons: 2-1 against the Lakers in the FInals.

  • @taulant456 talk about bitter, bringing up something that happened over 6 years ago.

  • @taulant456 Who the hell cares about that 16 championships if the Lakers lose Kobe there over.

  • why is everybody mentioning the cavaliers? last time I checked this video was about the detroit pistons winning the NBA championship in 2004 against the los angeles lakers. LOL then yu dumb fucks ask why they where over-hyped. Probly because you keep MENTIONING ON EVERY VIDEO WHEN IT IS IRRELEVANT TO THE VID. Stop talking about the Losaliers and they wouldnt have been so over hyped.

  • lol i kno they were happy. props

  • end of the kobe and shaq era sad 2 see it happen but that laker team wasnt that great....sorry detriot letting chauncey go 2 denver and the failed efforts from 05-08 yur team will take a while 2 rebuild

  • My how basketball has changed. You go from a blue collar team oriented group like the 04 pistons, who the announcers said should all get a finals MVP, to teams like the Heat with Wade, James, and Bosh. It's just different. It's not about building a true basketball team anymore from the ground up like the pistons did. Now its about shelling out money to get as many superstars as you can.

  • at least the pistons win championship unlike

a namless football team in detroit

  • this was an awesome day!!

  • This was a sad moment for the Lakers, but the pistons got their taste of defeat in 2005 when in game 5, old robert horry single-handely beat them in the 4th quarter & over time! Wallace leaving horry open for that 3 cost thrr pistons a title they would of won in 6 games!

  • I'm a Celtics fan and I hate LeBron James the Cavs and the Orlando Magic more than the Lakers (still hate Lakers) :P. I have nothing with Detroit...they were a very indeed great team, and I wish we both can meet up in the ECF again! Man, now that Rasheed is gonna retire and RA to FAgency, it's not gonna be the same anymore!

  • I'm a Bulls fan, but this Detroit team could beat ANY Lakers team over the past 10 years. No lie . WTH is Gasol gna go against Big Ben ? Fisher on Billups ? Yeah right.

  • @JRangerCR355 Shh...

  • @gfscarface13 hahaha whaa happened ?

  • @JRangerCR355 Your stupid comment, keep dreaming. Go play it in videogames. Its not reality.

  • This Detroit team was a one hit wonder. Lakers have won two titles since then.

  • FUCK LA

  • @jbis2bad World Champions Once again your Los Angeles Lakers!!!!!!

  • @gfscarface13 Lakers are softer than the cotton on Piston jerseys

  • @jgk381 WORLD CHAMPION LAKERS BEYOTCH!!!

  • @gfscarface13 DEEETTTTRRROOIITTTT BAAASSkkEEETTBAALLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @jgk381 As a pistons fan, who did the pistons fan base root for in the 2010 finals?

    You guys hate both teams.

  • @gfscarface13 thats a good question. I actually rooted for the Lakers in 2008, after Boston beat us in the ECF that year, and I kind of grew to like this years Laker team as well throughout this season, believe it or not. But because of Rasheed being on Boston I was rooting hard for them througout the playoffs and in the Finals, as were most of the piston fans on the forums I visit. Most Piston fans have a lot of respect for both teams actually, Lakers esp because of Magic. Its CLE we hate, lol.

  • @jgk381 So it was 50-50 than

  • after that game everything changed for the Lakers

  • @AshED65 yes they got a NEW team that won in 2009 and 10 after 5 years of frustration :)

  • Karl Malone's estranged daughter won a championship with the Detroit Shock, now we just need his estranged son to win one with the Detroit Lions. Karma's a bitch Karl, but that's what you get for being a deadbeat dad.

  • @art9schw I didn't know that and I appreciate the sentiment, but the Detroit Lions? We'll need a lot of luck with that one ;)

  • @art9schw Who is his son?

  • @diablo313 Demetrius Bell, he plays for Buffalo now, it's extremely wishful thinking that he'd be traded to detroit and then win a super bowl with them, but hey, it could happen.

  • Well as Laker fan this still hurts but the Pistons deserved it they were clearly the better team.

  • defense wins championships.

i remember espn/abc were openly rooting for the lakers during their coverage of the finals. they ignored detroit and assumed a lakers victory. they still havent learned their lesson as they promoted a kobe/lebron finals two years in a row before it could happen.

  • i didnt kno that the LAKERS lost in 5.

    Tells you Something?

Larry Brown Out Coached Phil Jackson

  • @thizhypy3000 with that kind of slaughter it's much more than just coaching... the pistons' defense was far too great for L.A. also they played like they wanted it more and they played better as a team.

  • @thizhypy3000 Larry Brown has out coached a lot of coaches. He's the only coach I know who will coach any group of players (usually, a bad offensive group) and turn them into a winning a team. Greatest coach of all time in my opinion.

  • @diablo313

isnt he coaching the Bobcats now?

  • @thizhypy3000 Yep and he's coached that group of players to be one of the better defensive teams this past season.

  • Im a laker fan but i gotta give props 2 the pistons. If only shaq and kobe got along!

  • since chauncey billups was the 2004 finals mvp, kobe then has a payback against him at Denver in the 2009 west finals. kobe's payback against him means, "Billups consecutive appearances has ended at seven"

  • @j0hnnyb0y91 thats a pathetic little analogy of yours, lol..

  • c'mon we need to become that good again lets go in 2010

  • WOOOT GO AAUBURN HILLS

  • It's too bad we suck now, but they can't take this away from us at least. :)

  • As a Lakers fan, I'll have to admit that the Pistons obviously wanted this championship more than the Lakers did. They worked very hard defensively and completely shut down a Lakers team which struggled a lot with chemistry among the players.

  • @fighter91 Finally, a Lakers fan that makes no excuses as to why the team lost the finals that year!

  • The media was right when they said it would be like David vs. Goliath... because, umm.. David beat Goliath.

  • @elecTR1C323

the lakers werent Goliath...there is no such thing as a mismatch in professional sports...everybody on the court/field are all the same height and weight...mismatch is just a fake aura. A dude is a dude

  • dude, i know! lol but someone shoulda told everyone who was sayin "its david v. goliath" and all that crap... i was just sayin how it didnt make sense, because even in that allegory david won. this finals series was a pretty big upset anyway.

  • what a fluke year for the pissedtons

  • Fuck you. Fluke year? They got back to the finals a year later.

  • @NoRulesInNam they got back to the finals a yr later because in the ECF wade and shaq was injured that's why the pissedtons advance. and in the pacers series artest wasnt around
