@ChopedHam Hm, actually I re-installed windows, and now magically it runs on more than 30 fps..no hardware changes at all! I knew it was a software problem all along..

It's a Nvidia mx 4000, 128 mb..not so powerful for today's standards :/ i have 1gb of RAM.
