Every state in the union right now that is on verge of bankruptcy are ALL legislatures that are run by liberals: Cali, NY, Vermont, Mass, Illinois. We know borrow and spend, and hope someone else will pay off the Credit card does not work so lets just hope that a depression era stimilus helps.
