My trick is to forget about the heel since you have flat feet you can run on your forefoot. It might take a little practice but that's my secret try it fellow flat footers!!

i just jumped a lot..went to a playground..and started jumping..trying to catch the rim..it took me about am..4-5 days of jumping for 1-2 hours a day..and now i can dunk with 2 hands..:P i don't say this works for all..but i did it my way..:P

When kids are little they should be taken to the doctors. They do foot massages, exercises, so the feet will be normal again

Its not all jumping anyways, as some people get an extra 6 inches of reach by having longer arms and or flexible stretching shoulders. That is the difference in most average jumpers and jumpers who actually can dunk a basketball with ease

He says he's 5'11, I've seen him get his head about 1 inch under the rim at best, that's 48 inches. His supposed 56 inch vert would put his head 7 inches over the rim. In 1 dunk it looked like he got his head 3 inches over but he had an affro and the camera angle was looking up at him.
