i have the Q6600 too, it´s pretty fast. i have 3GB ram. but my Graphic card is a HD 5750 with 1Gb Gddr5. I only have the crysis demo installed, cause i want to get Win 7^^ but the demo looks awsome too^^
Great video 5/5. That ran really smooth!! Just curious(since i cant oc my CPU) how much fps difference is there between Q6600@2.4Ghz & Q6600@3.0Ghz with fraps when not recording?
Not too much fps difference. Maybe 3 fps more. Depends on what game your playing. It can make up to 10fps difference but no more because most games today are mostly gpu dependant.

No normally it's not like his, FRAPS as always f'cks it up.
I'm having like 40fps with GTA IV but when I try to record it drops to 15-20 making it kinda unplayable.

you can run it smoother than me but i play on 1680x1050 with q6600 3.4 ghz and hd4870 1 gb
