  • why dislikes? this is not bad for a starter?

  • @gillydj1 yeah i bought a Ion discover dj and I've been playing with it, imagination is really key when it comes to these mix routines, and knowing what is allowed to happen, where yuo can drop things to make the music stay alive, like music theory almost like DJ theory or something right haha. .

  • very cool man =) inspiring me to buy one of these starter kits....i guess any genre can be beat juggled? what about DNB? and fast tempo stuff?

and how do you match two diff genres? i.e big tempo differences

  • @dnbjedi I think any genre can be made into a dmc routine mate, but takes alot of practice... in the case of d&b, u would need to have really fast hands and use alot of skill to master it - search DJ KENTARO 2002 DMC CHAMPION and see how cool he is...

IMO the whole pint of a dmc routine is to not necessarily match the tempo of different genres but use cutting/beat catching and scratching to make it flow...

Im not a Dubstep or D&b dj but i like to learn and try new stuff... give it a go mate...

  • @dnbjedi JFb is good to watch also, he does alot of beat juggling with DnB, he does an amazing routine with subfocus rock it, definitly worth a watch :)
