ironically they were not popular in newyork or harlem,i use to live in nework in the 80's~90's but the were mad popular in south korea back in the 80's &early 90's ...i use to drive in newyork with a korean version of their album blasting in my car back in the late 80's~early 90's
RIP, these songs are my past n it makes me quite nostalgic when i listen to them! they give me fond memories n i feel sad that they were easily forgotten about!!!!! i will remember these songs always!
Blimey I'd forgotten all about these. I was about 10 as well. Oh how I loved them!! I suppose I shouldn't take the mickey outta what my daughter likes now.
Discofonzy if you don't like the music then don't listen to it. Its that simple. i can't understand why peeps slag of songs & leave crap comments when no-one makes you listen to it or look it up on here.
You're missing my point completely, they were absolutely fantastic!!! Just because it was cheesey & with no substance doesn't mean it isn't good for being what it is.
It's left wing liberals, with the inability to contextualise and interpret correctly other poeples viewpoints that make You tube an unenjoyable experience.
some1 tell me wat happend to the boiz from da commments here sounds like dey are dead and i dint even kno! i listend to dem when i was young always thought dey were gorgeous and talented...
Both of were killed in an Alpine car accident on 21 January 1996. They travelled in the Austrian Alps on a dangerous mountain road, and another car was trying to pass on the opposite side of the road. The accident was a head-on collision with a drunken Swiss. Dennis, Edem, Edem's wife, their mutual friend - a Hamburg DJ - all died. Edem and his wife left behind a son Stevie who was 3 years old at the time of the tragedy. Dennis had a daughter, Laura, who was 10.
i had a cd made for me so i guess it is the 12 commandments, my dad had it on a tape for yeard but i had more songs on the cd, absolute genius finding this here
im 23 years old and my dad got there album "the 12 commandments of dance" from the local libary when it came out....i have it now the same cd from the libary date is still in it i think...the stanp thing with the date it was ment to b returned
I was deeply floored when I read about the tragic loss of this dynamic talented duo...My prayes goes out to their family members and friends who knew them....I remember their single "Requiem" Good song May you rest in great peace London Boys
The London Boys were my heroes when I was younger, I used to dream that I would dance like them one day, -and get on TV lol. Their music was revolutionary for the late 80s, they'll live on forever in my mind. May they rest in peace

I've just been listening to my London Boys album, and decided to look on the internet to see what they were up to these days. I can't believe they're dead. What a waste. I'm seriously upset - gutted.

Couple of Gay-boy-bikers prancing & tumbling around a low budget set with some of the worst dance moves ever. Oh yes, some vocals also.

They both died in a car crash on the Swiss alps back in early 1996 shewolf. I think from what I heard, their sons were also killed at the time

This track is a requiem to all the godforsaken songs that were churned out fro them in a below average production studio.
