If Nintendo would have allowed any other company besides aklaim to produce the early simpsons games they would have at least been playable. Even Ocean as bad as 99% of their games were you could play them for a while and get a few stages in.

I remember I got Bart vs. The World when I was like 6 or 7. I could NEVER go past the second world, it was just...impossible for me. I pulled out the game and dusted off my Nintendo 8-bit system last year and gave it a go, thinking "Naaw, I'm a grown woman now. Piece of cake". False. I couldn't even get off that damn ship. Fml.

Not all reviewers out there are like Irategame who ain't nothing more than a hack. Guys like Ericmansuper atleast acknowledge AVGN and pays respect to him. If anything you should go pick on Irategamer instead. I like many other reviewers out there, of course AVGN is awesome.

I sorta see where your coming from, but when you put this + AVGN's vid together, it's basically the same thing. this guy says he was inspired by AVGN's review of this game, and decided to review it himself. Which is all cool, except he's basically used all of his quotes and funny lines, and seems to come across as his own work. some originality, is all i'm asking for.

The fact is that the AVGN released his Simpsons review in July and this video came out in February, so he wasn't inspired by the AVGN, you could say that AVGN was inspired by this video. Check the dates and you'll see that AVGN's came much later.

LOL, I remember for Christmas years ago, my sister and I pooled money together to get our annual NES game; I had a choice between Bart vs. the World or Mario 3...I chose Bart. It wasn't a bad game per se, and the game really only got hard when you got to the Hollywood level.

I think the games were suppose to belike the Games that bart simpson usually gave the impression of playing. very strange and derranged, yet interesting, with few crappy controls and, leaves you pissed off and walking out of the quiky mart. Thats what I would want to think if I ever got a bart simpson game. The only simpson gave I ever owned was on the snes. krustys play house. Beat that game like 30 times when I was in 1st/2nd grade.

Still, Space Mutants isn't too hard. I don't remember much from it, except a heap of doughnuts.

World is heaps larger and mroe difficult. It's one of my favourite NES games (after SMB series.) You even get an extra level (and a really awesome minigame) if you get all the Krustys.

I vaguely remember renting this game for a about a week once. I don't remember a thing from it, except for flying around as Bartman.

Points are for competative play. It reflects skill. Points are for stats. Funny thing is back then games weren't made in offices, they were made in someone's garage during the weekends. So they were buggy and many were absolute garabage.
