@BattleCryLizard I am a powerlifter and I compete in the IPF and APF, they only require squats where the top of the thigh break paralell with the top of the knee cap. I don`t know any serious powerlifters that actually squat ATG. That would be more if you train weightlifting,
Not deep enough to be ATG, but nice nonetheless. I only squat 230lbs for 2.
