The dog is not mine. I wanted to buy something to eat from him, but when i got back he din not want nothing, he just run away. I put this video just to show how cruel people could be when abbandon their pets, not because I am cruel. I have a lot of pets at home, all of them picked up from street.
I'm from romania and i tell you there are no rulz ....nobody protect them ...just people with heart ...it's very sad ...all we wanna do something but nobody does :(..so cruel...
I cannot adopt it because I have 5 cats at home (all of them from street) and the low does not afford me to have more pets. I try to care about these poor creature abandoned by their masters giving them something to eat, water. I try to find new homes for them, but it is not so easy. There are a lot of dogs and cats abandoned on the streets.
I feel like that dog is just... alone... Even i'd travel out there and take it in if i could, all it takes is one person to take pity and give it a home...
