Zen Kutsu Dachi (Front Stance), Mae Jo Dan Uke (Front High Block), Soto Mawashi Seiken Uke (Closed Fist Outside Roundhouse Block), Uraken Uchi(Backfist Strike), Mae Chu Dan Seiken Zuki (Front Middle Punch), Ge Dan Barai (Downward Block), Naore (Back to Ready Stance).
