Probably best thing to do is hairspray it up as much as you can, then let it dry, wet it again and keep hairdrying it whilst brushing it out so it'll become fluffy but still standing up, then use the hairspray and your hands to make it into a mohawk which is still tall and sharp, but not wet looking at all.
