I have been working on an English translation of the game. Gazeta de Algol is the site of Orakio_rob, whose team has been working on a Portuguese translation of the game. They have done a fantastic job and have helped me a great deal.

It is in portuguese, but after finish will be to easy pass to english.

i even found a portugese site. . . gazetadealgol c o m which i translated with babelfish. . . to find some interesting stuff. . . but if i didn't master rpg maker then i'm probably WAY over my head here. . . still i may try it. . . and then there's agth but i hear it doesn't work with ps2 emulator? sega really disappoints me

it sucks that You're not gonna finish this. . . yes real life gets in the way. i tried rpg maker and got pretty far i think. . . with absolutely no programming experience. i envy those who know exactly what to do.

Is this just you translating the cutscenes, or is there an actual translation patch that can be applied to the actual game?

@BlueKewne If you read my replies to some of the comments, this was completely re-created in RPG Maker XP. There is no patch. Besides, I'm not working on the project anymore due to other things getting in the way.

I even bought the japanese version of Phantasy star Generation 1 but I can't read or speak japanese :( But I wanted the game anyway :D

I'm not what you mean by "III and IV WILL be made after I and II are completed"

Because as far as Sega is concerned they are done with these. There will not be a PS Generation III or IV"
