OMG, I should do this on the corner near my house! The freaking cars speed by like it's a race track! Over the course of a year, the hydrant was taken out twice, my dad's car was totaled, so was my neighbors, my other neighbor's hedge was taken out, one stupid driver ended up in intensive care, one driver took out the light pole and it almost crashed into my neighbor's house!

This would be an effing perfect way to get them to slow down!
