He said that he gets confused with 6 strings already and the 4/5 extra frets that you get are completely unnecessary and 'clearly gay'.

I've played on that guitar when I had a private lesson with him...it was kinda hard to play 'cause I'm not used to the scalloped frets...he mentions that the action was very high, but I didn't see that as much of an issue...a pretty rad guitar nonetheless, and and awesome guy all around!
