i have some reoccurring problems with my ions. When i'm playing it will randomly say re-connect controller and i will have done nothing to them. another problem is when i'm playing it will just randomly count a note on the drums when i haven't hit that note. these are very problematic as they usually reset my multiplier and gain me a score much lower than what i should have got.

If anyone knows what is wrong with them please let me know cause i really have no idea why it would do such a thing.

I've had mine for about 2 years and the only things that I've had to replace are the pedal and a clamp.The shiny metal thingy inside that makes contact(Yes,I am still a girl!Thank goodness my hubby is a MacGuyver!)breaks into half after hard drumming for a year.The clamp was stripped from me moving it without using a tool! Bad, I know! But, I just went to Ebay bought the pedal for $34.00 and the drum pad clamp for $9.00.

Its metal under the pads so don't worry bout that. If u want FC..get one!

so i have a problem... when i play (expert) i hover my foot over the pedal. so when i push it down i let it come up by itself but then when it comes up, it like hits the top part and then like bounces again making two or three clanks. making this very distracting and hard for me to play. i feel really bad because my gf got them for me and i really dont want to return them. if anyone can help to make them not do that that would be great. oh and i already skrewd them down into a piece of wood.

The Cymbals are the same as hitting the pad of the same color. This is basically an option of realism to get you more used to realistic drumming. Also, This drumset will be (as far as I know) compatible with GH4, plus changing the Control Box with a Drum brain will turn it into a real Electronic Drumset. That's the reason why this kit costs $300 - it's a real instrument with a control box adapted to be used on Rock Band.

i cant wait for this in fact im getting one but recently i have found something interesting, the drum rocker comes with drum set and rock band controller module but the thing its missing is an Alesis DM5 drum module sold on the site for around $350 now that i have found this out i have hesitations about getting it unless i pay at least $225 for one on ebay (cheapest i could find with shipping and buy now)
