Akihabara ,Akibatteru,manga and anime huh? Someday it will get out of fashion just like Disco. The future and younger generation in 20 to 30 years time will think this is so lame. Disco was great in the 70's but now is no more and Akihabara will be no more. What goes up must come down.

i think that's because in cosplay people want to be what they can never be, and tend to pick the characters that are extremely different from their normal appearance, with different hair color, clothing, the way of talking even!
