What's the point of playing ghost notes if the drum set is entirely triggered ? ^^

@sexypoulpe they can have sensitivity still, like an electronic drum, its just an easier sound to control and can be pre-EQ'd and doesn't have a lot of over tones that acoustic snares can have, Triggers are becoming much more normal in all genres, like pop drummers have em, rock drummer have em, jojo mayer has em. everybody is loving the triggers.

@sexypoulpe You sure drums are triggered? I thought they're recording them old-school acoustic way, given they have their own studio and don't have to skimp on recording time and stuff. Also, their drums sound sort of different from typical-shiny sounding metal band. Granted, I could be entirely wrong, I don't have much idea how recording drums can look.

@ZeeKat Yes, for sure they are ! Do you see the little red things on the snare and tomtoms ? these are ddrum triggers. But don't be mistaken, being triggered does not mean that you will not have your own personal sound, so that's why it is not so bad ;)
