As they default on these loans and their credit is ruined these will not be able to get back into the housing market for some time. It's really tough to pick out which one is worse, both of them represent somewhat different variations on the same flawed view of economics, which is that the many and the one are at odds with each other.

One of the tenants of running a Republic is that the needs of both the many and the few/one are brought into harmony with each other via Constitutional law. Socialism puts power solely in the many, Fascism in the few/one, and in both cases violence is the end result.

A friend of mine, a fellow mechanic (from when I worked at a Cummins engine repair shop) studied and studied, always going to night school to finish out degrees and courses of study. He spent years at this and his shining goal and dream was to be a teacher. He was never happy as a mechanic and always talked about what his true calling was, what he was truly put on earth to do. He reached his goal and was back 7 months later looking like a war refugee. He seemed happy and relieved to be back.

I lasted 3 years before throwing in the towel in the public education field. I was never able to nail down a full time job, so I mostly did long-term and per deim substitute work. Certain school districts were worse than others, but with no exceptions, I left work each day feeling completely drained of all desire to do anything except sleep.

The way that school classrooms are set up today is unnatural and completely not conducive to actual learning.
