I've had good results with this set, no sweat failures yet, a month in, even though I've run a half marathon with it. I have two 'complaints', neither fatal about the product.
1. I wish they 'squeezed' my head a bit more. Especially for calls, I find myself holding the earpieces into my ear. Over the ear part is snug and nice, but the inner-ear part doesn't press in very well, and i often wear a sweatband to get snug seal.
2. The buttons could be bigger, and slightly farther apart.
these really suck, had two pairs 1st pair went faulty due to sweat and second pair faulty due to sweat. bttery life id say is about 2hrs fulltime use ear fit is actually better than jaybirds but not as snug as say moto s9 hd which is what i have now awasome
Do not get these if you you plan on using them while working out, any lil bit of sweate causes them to short! I went thru two pairs of them cuase of this!
Went through 2 of these headpohones for the same problem. After a couple of months when using headphones it would start calling person on favorites list.
Returned last headphones with AT&T and ordered JAYBIRD instead for my Iphone 4.
Hi, Thanks for the review, I seen someone else ask, if these will work with apps etc. and whats the difference, if any, in the plantronics and altec lansing branding?
Good review, I've been reading it should work without the adapter for an ipod touch if it has firmware 3.0. If this could be confirmed it would be the final push i need to buy one.
Ok, I need a professional opinion here... I love sound quality and wouldn't sacrifice it for anything... What does it sound like as far as Audio? I mean, for the lows and mids and highs? Does it lack anything?
Oh ya, and I have a iPod Touch 2nd Generation... It does have bluetooth, SHOULD it work? I wouldn't WANT to use the bluetooth adapter but if I really had to I would.
i own one of these, but beware there is a lot of cutting out, i put my iphone in my trouser pocket and it cut out. I think it picks up a lot of interference from other bluetooth devices, as this generally happens when i am in a town centre or similar. I must say the charge time is a little ambitious. But a great device and i would reccomend it! the sound quality is great!
i was so into this product but after watching the review i decidied against it i do alot of running and having the big dongle attached to the ipod would just be crap
not its just to bad that the IPHONE 3GS doesn't allow you to skip track with ANY BLUETOOTH HEADPHONE. get your fact straight before you go around making retarded comments.
Good review. Pricing doesn't make sense at all to me though. When the price in dollars is less than the price in pounds, you know you're getting ripped off. Look like good headphones though.
@vudufly exactly the question I had. I stopped looking for a Motorola S10-HD because I heard one couldn't wear glasses with it
bosslydaemon2240 2 months ago
@TheGreatScat yes, that's called earwax
bosslydaemon2240 2 months ago
it looks sweet. the only issue i'm looking at is, can i still wear my glasses/oakleys while wearing this headset?
vudufly 2 months ago
I have a problem with mine. The gray rubber turns to yellow color after using it. Is this normal?

$75? damn i'm so lucky, i got mine for $30 only.

@28ftw You can listen, but you cannot pause, or use the next/previous track buttons. Not without a bluetooth dongle that supports A2DP commands.
HavocGunStar 1 year ago
@28ftw yea i have the 4 they work great, use with armband on your left arm for best quality, especially outside while running or something.

@americaneagle791 Audio quality is very good, a little lacking in the highs, but nothing too put me off buying. Should work with iPod touch OK.
