Not exactly. I can speak from experience that the landing spread the momentum out enough that it doesn't cause too much damage. That doesn't mean that sometimes it doesn't go wrong and mess people up really bad though.

David Belle developed "this crazy stuff" back in the 1990's. If anyone can do it, he's the one. Yes, that handstand up there was incredibly risky (did you see when he first did it up there he almost fell over?), but as you can see, his movements are so fluent and flawless that he has enough confidence in his ability to be able to do that. I would be too scared to do a handstand up there, and I don't think I would go up to begin with, but that's what parkour can help you do: go places! :D

just write parkour tutorial on youtube you'll learn all there is too learn here if you fing good tutorials but if you're gonna start practising free running then i'd sugest you start training acrobatics in your local gym or sumthin

thanks mate, i love parkour im just kinda ameteur at it. i can do a flip into a pool but i usually land on my back, i can roll, i can push myself up over a railing or onto a ledge... thats about it. :)

that's ok just keep practising nobody is really that good at first..i wasn't just practice some vaults and it's really important too perfect the basic roll and other basic moves too, and remember start with small stuff then when mastered the big things will come naturally

Ive been doin stuff with my friend.

We live right near an elementary school and we go down there sometimes just to do parkour stuff on their playground :D. I do vaults over thing. jumps, lots of things. we do whatever we can think of which is a lot of what parkour is. Ive mastered a side vault and monkey vault. I really want to try a dash vault on a picnic table thing they have there.
