I live in Lahore, and I've seen and met people from all over Punjab. I have plenty of relatives from Okara as well. And, I can guarantee you that this man, Ajmal Kasab, is not Punjabi. His dialect is not one that you would expect to hear when you meet people from lower-socioeconomic backgrounds. It is so blatantly obvious, for any Punjabi to recognize that this man was not raised in Lahore, or Okara.
