This anime was so intriguing at first. So many possibilities, such a dark world.

Then they didn't "quite" define what a Proxy was, and the animation was just not as amazing past the first episode, and even though they were God-like creatures there was that retarded, fat ,green Proxy; and the ending was somewhat bland...

Still a good show. Pretty great, actually; Simply not entirely consistent when it comes to how amazing it was.

just finished watching all 23 episodes. it got really shit after about episode 17 or whenever they go back to rondome. the very start is the best, before they leave rondome, really, mostly before they go to that tower where the soldiers are fighting the autoraves and ergo kills the eyebrow proxy.

And yet this series didn't go anywhere nor is reconized for anything. Unlike Deathnote voted one of the most sold series sideing Bleach and Naruto this decade. Also Code Geass whom has one many actual awards already.

ALL RIGHT look the first 10-15 episodes of DN is good but everything after that just went downhill. First season of Code Geass is also good but second season is crap whether you like to admit or not. Ergo Proxy is a good series but it is underrated and not many ppl have actually seen this. Naruto and Bleach are OVERRATED, nobody really cares about watching those two series anymore.

Both Naruto and Bleach have gone down since their popular start. Atleast this series eventually ends. Bleach will probably be remembered as the manga with all the foot panels and black pages and the anime as the "filler series".
