how do yu go oon stage and perform a skit? and what are the requirements? =]

You have to cosplay as someone of course and you register at the desk at a specific time. On that Saturday I think it was from 11am-noon to register. ><" erm you need to have a photo of the cosplay you're doing, i think and tell them where the character is from..can't remember anything else..lol
