Word to the wise, subleasing without the owners permission is illegal . So make sure your dealing with a real owner/ preferably a rental office . Theirs alot of people who think its fine to just rent out that extra room in their apartment , but if the owner does NOT know about this, youll be kicked out
@accidaccie--Gosh! So true. I just realized your video is from 2008 and the man is Still advertising the boat in Marina del Rey. Then the ones that advertise the rent to own properties--usually 3 or 4 bdrm. houses 4 a ridiculously low price around $500 or $600. Renters beward: Big bust last month of parolees running fake ads on Craigslist where they pose as landlords. Best to deal with w/properties that have rental offices on the property or bldgs. w/clearly-marked managers' units.
