this song is really good--I love the way it starts as a story and turns into a song--you are a great writer and very relaxed and playful as a performer--thanks for inspiring me as a fellow songwriter!
Ish, I love the way you tell this story with your whole body. "She was laying on me like I was a big pillow" and "there's nothing plastic about her" are my two favorite moments, and favorite gestures =)
Wow! When "Hot Number" came out in the 1970's I was a teenager and still going to the Jehovah's Witness church (the kingdom hall) in Los Angeles and one of our young "brothers" bought a car with these vanity plates: HOT NUMBER!
I saw the plate once before it was taken off....Foxy touched more of a variety of folks than anyone knows.

What a fabulous video on many levels, the story, the song, the visuals, the performance. Simple yet rich. Thanks.

Very cool; catchy tune that paints a picture. She sounds beautiful. Reminds of a girl I met in Washington D.C.; it was a good night to die

Yeah, I liked that. It was cool. Reminded me of Robbie Robertson with the narrative style and whispering kind of voice. Well, cool no matter what.
