Just read Valhall's (The Hinky Meter) recent post where she reminds us Baez brokered the ABC deal BEFORE his client was endicted. She was facing charges of child neglect and lying to police. NOT one cent was spent on finding Caylee and she refused to speak with LE. A distraught mother trying to find her baby? or a callous monster who knew she needed big bucks to fight a murder charge? Clarence Darrow couldnt get this b*tch off, never mind a mouthy good ole boy who's defending her for "fun".
Baez goes to Court re declaring his client indigent and he brings NO paperwork with him
even though his affidavid leaves around 150 thousand dollars unaccounted for. And it would seem few depositions taken and no experts yet paid. Everyone but Baez is apparently working for free. Value for money??? I dont think a jury would warm to the new lawyer. Far too egotisical and arrogant but he apparently has the credentials.....Now can he work miracles too.......lol
@hollybrook252 Every single lawyer in the entire world KNOWS they have to come to work with all their evidence, paperwork etc., etc. I am not sure if you watch any of the Court Shows lile People's Court or Judge Judy etc., but they always hammer the defendant and plantiff when they come to court to sue someone and have no paperwork. Baez just did this to give him some more time ... grrrrrrrrrrr
I know hey I have an idea let's file a motion. Oh OK? Know what might be a good idea why don't we all get together in one of those room thingys designed for people to meet and go over what and why we're asking the State before we file or go to court?
@hollybrook252 That's what I thought too, she lost weight and had some plastic surgery done as well as did something with her hair. She looks so much softer and neater.

Wow... 2,500 hours and paid $89,000 means he was paid about $36 per hour.
$36 per hour is peanuts for this mess.

That's what they went in a private room to meet for? They're the ones who filed the motion.
